Warning: This homemade graham cracker crust is delicious on it’s own so watch your baking partners because they may be sneaking some during the making!
Step 2 – Preparing the second layer – Creamy cheesecake filling
Whip the cold whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks with your electric mixer.
In a second bowl, beat the cream cheese, powered icing sugar and cinnamon until smooth.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture making sure to scrape the sides of the bowl.

Spoon the cheesecake mixture onto the graham cracker bases.

Step 3 – Preparing the third layer – Sugar cinnamon topping
In a small bowl combine the cinnamon and granulated sugar together until they are mixed well.
Sprinkle the topping over top of the cream cheese mixture in the cupcake tins.

Step 4 – Preparing the creamcheese icing
In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, cream cheese and powered icing sugar until smooth.
Place in a piping bag and create designs on top.

Step 5 – Chill
Place the cheesecake bites in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours.
Bring them out of the fridge, just prior to serving.
