How I made an artist's studio in my greenhouse

Sweet Valley Acres

Our Virtual Book Club read Jane Austen's "Emma" this month and it inspired me to create a drawing room and artist's studio in my vintage window greenhouse!

Let me show you around!

My greenhouse is made from old windows and doors I found at garage and estate sales.

Last summer, I styled my greenhouse as a place to relax and read

This time, with "Emma" in mind I was thrilled to showcase my Mother-in-law's needlepoint and settee

Along with her china rose basket, a few pieces of china from my mom and vintage linens I found at the thrifl store

Her china doves were also perfect for this reimagination of the book

This milk glass vase from my mom was perfect to hold these faux peonies

Finally a thrifted easel along with some old books completed the look

I hope you enjoyed my little artist studio/drawing room!  Click below to see all the details!
