Hello!!! I apologize as it has been quite some time since I have done one of these. Here is what happened…I ran into some website problems. One of my blogs went missing and basically that put a halt to posting as I had to wait until the problem was resolved. Happy to say it is resolved and I am speeding forward.
So what has been happening…
Bentley finished my birthday present which is a swing bed and I am in love with it. I am still picking pillows and a throw for it, but here it is. Isn’t is lovely? Thank you Bentley!!!

I have been doing a bunch of DIY’s which has been fun. If you didn’t catch it, I made a wreath alternative by dressing up a straw hat. It is such an easy project and it turned out so pretty. You can check it out by clicking this link.

I refreshed our front entrance by adding touches of fall. Here is how it is looking at the moment. I may add some more or I may just leave it as is…I am liking a “less is more” type of design right now.

I became a tourist in my own city and went on an adventure. I saw trees trying to touch each other. I saw a little sandbar in the lake where all the waves were drawn too it. Then I saw a tree that decided to grow horizontally. Rather than cut the non-conforming tree down, they provided it with a support so it could continue on it’s journey.

My sunflowers seem to have gone into “abundance” mode and are producing so many sunflowers. This is making all the bees very happy. Take a look at how many bees are on these sunflowers.

This past week, I participated in a Fall Blog Hop and it was so much fun. If you are not familiar with blog hops, they are when a bunch of bloggers get together, all do their own unique projects and link to each other. It is such an awesome way of getting inspired to decorate for fall. So let’s check out a few…
Robyn from Robyn’s French Nest made these wonderful concrete candleholders that I am definitely going to try.
Marie from This Dear Casa made the most lovely pampas grass wreath. I am in love with this wreath! How about you?
Marieza from Home with Marieza made a gorgeous fall wreath! I loved the pheasant feather touches so much I ordered some!
Melba from Cocoon Raw made unique wall art where she covered hoop with yarn and then added beautiful natural elements. This project would look beautiful in anyone’s home!
There were so many other great projects and I hope you will click on the links below to get inspired. Like…
